These services are provided in house – Simply mail in your items and I will mail them back out to you when completed.
Wet Vapor Honing: This service is best for Aluminum parts in my opinion, but can be used on many substrates safely. It provides the final satin finish to your natural aluminum base metal. The machine uses compressed air that blasts a concentrated slurry of water & abrasive media (Typically very fine glass / ceramic) that safely & gently cleans the substrate surface in a non destructive manner. I use this service on all my engine rebuilds, but I also offer it as a breakout service that is quoted at an hourly rate.
Dry Media Blasting: This service is the more aggressive process over vapor honing. I use medias such as baking soda, glass bead and sometimes metal oxide if necessary. The machine used is a dry blast box that is powered with compressed air and uses the various medias to clean the substrate. It is a great process for the heavy duty cleaning of dirty and painted parts.
